Advisory

Struggling to create momentum for your transformative ideas?

Getting buy-in starts with how we engage with key stakeholders.

Work with us to get structured support and coaching to successfully drive the innovation or transformation initiatives that will change your organization for the better.

Hi, I’m Dr Tendayi Viki 👋

I am a psychologist with over a decade of experience working inside large companies, helping leaders and teams bring their innovative and transformative ideas to life. My goal is to help leaders create pull transformations, where people are attracted to participate without being pushed.

What I have learned is that securing buy-in is the #1 challenge for transformation initiatives. If you are leading change, you have likely faced challenges like:

  • Lack of alignment with key functions
  • Resistance from skeptical stakeholders
  • Inconsistent support from senior leaders
  • Teams fearful about the impact of change
  • Employees struggling with change fatigue
  • Lack of trust or legitimacy for your program

Here’s the truth:

Creating momentum for change is not about pushing people to comply with your ideas or endorse changes they don’t really believe in.

It’s about creating the gravity that attracts people to willingly support and actively participate in your initiative.

This is exactly what our advisory services will help you accomplish.  We can help you bridge the gap between how your organization plans change and how people experience it.

There are limited advisory slots available each year.
